Berkeley Patch Seeks Extraordinary People From Your Community

Can you think of an extraordinary, amazing, talented, brave, caring or smart person who stands out in your community?

Berkeley Patch is seeking candidates for our "Greatest Person" series — a collaboration with the Huffington Post that highlights the good work and great feats of our neighbors.

These people might be the movers and shakers of the community. They might have overcome hardship and gone on to help make the world a better place. Maybe the "greatest person" is an inventor, teacher, or social activist. Maybe they're an artist. Perhaps you know someone who has changed perspectives, inspired others, or simply made your neighborhood a sweeter place to live. 

These are the people with the big ideas, or the big hearts. Maybe they have both. But either way, their story should be told.
