The League of Women Voters of Berkeley, Albany & Emeryville invites the public to a community meeting to view the redistricting plans submitted to the City Council.
Six plans to redraw City Council district borders were submitted. The plans and an analysis of the plans will be discussed in a public hearing during the November 15 City Council meeting.
The plans will be made available to the public as part of the City Council agenda, which will be published on November 3. The plans will also be available that day on www.CityofBerkeley.info/redistricting.

The League of Women Voters will moderate the meeting, at which the public can look all the submitted maps. The plans’ authors have been invited to present their maps to the public and answer questions. Staff will also be available to answer questions about the analysis and the redistricting process in general.
