Lake Chalet in Oakland Announces a Sonoma-Cutrer Wine Dinner

Lake Chalet Seafood Bar & Grill welcomes Cara Morrison, Sonoma-Cutrer's Head Winemaker, who will host a wine dinner on Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 5:30 to 9:00 PM. The evening will begin with Seared Scallop, King Oyster Mushroom, and Soy Butter Sauce paired with Russian River Rose of Pinot Noir 2022 followed by an Onion and Spinach Quiche with a Citrus Radish Salad and a Russian River Ranches Chardonnay 2022. Next will be Chicken Katsu, Glazed Root Vegetables, and Golden Curry with The Cutrer - Russian River Valley Chardonnay 2021 followed by Pan Fried Soft-Shell Crab with Savory Butter, Fennel Salad, and Jambalaya Cake with a Sonoma Cutrer Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2021. The Lemon Tart with Lavender Meringue dessert will be paired with a Les Pierres Sonoma Valley Chardonnay 2021.
