Lake Chalet Seafood Bar & Grill in Oakland will host a Hess Persson Estates Wine Dinner on Wednesday, December 6 from 5:30 to 9:00 PM. The evening will begin with Maine Lobster Ravioli in consommé with lacinato kale and tarragon paired with a '21 Russian River Panthera Chardonnay followed by Point Reyes blue cheese with roasted apple tart and rocket and a '21 Shirtail Sauvignon Blanc. Next will be a Butternut Squash and Sage-stuffed Mary’s Chicken Breast with cabernet sauce and haricot vert with a '21 Iron Corral Cabernet Sauvignon followed by Creekstone Filet Medallions Oscar Style with Dungeness crab, white asparagus, and sauce Béarnaise and a '19 Mt Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon. The Eggnog Panna Cotta dessert will be paired with a '21 Lioness Chardonnay.
