Sol Y Luna Swaps Falafels for Burritos

Despite pretty good Yelp reviews for , the falafel business had been slow — so the owner decided to flip the menu to Mexican.

The newly established Mexican taqueria, , specializes in a variety of burritos, including the "Luna" burrito — .

The falafel bar that used to include hummus and salad has been transformed into a salsa bar, and the decor now boasts a cactus and a few mounted vihuelas. 

But will the culinary change be enough to prompt a turnaround on the business side? So far, the response has been generally positive.
