BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Ice cream lovers, you're in luck: The Beverly Hills Ben & Jerry's is participating in this year's Free Cone Day on April 3.
Scoop Shops around the world will offer free ice cream from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., including the 253 S. Beverly Drive location.
Customers have lined up to score a free scoop of Ben & Jerry's since 1979, when the very first Free Cone Day was celebrated at a renovated gas station in Burlington, Vermont. The day serves as a "thank you" from the ice cream company for the years of visits and support from customers.
