Bruised Amber Heard to Court: Johnny Depp Beat Me
The actress filed for divorce from Depp on Monday after 15 months of marriage.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA - Actress and model Amber Heard has been granted a restraining order Friday against her husband of 15 months, Johnny Depp.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carl Moor ruled after reviewing 40 pages of paperwork and photos behind closed doors.
The actress showed up in the Los Angeles Superior Court in downtown Friday with a bruise on her face claiming Depp has hurt her several times during their marriage, TMZ reported.

The documents submitted by Heard's lawyer, Samantha Spector, included photos of the actress with a bruise on her face that she claims was inflicted during a fight on Saturday.
Asked whether police had responded to a fight between Heard and Depp on Saturday, Los Angeles Police Department Officer Drake Madison -- without identifying any of the parties involved -- said officers responded to a report of a "domestic incident," however, "the officers determined that a crime did not occur."

After Friday's hearing, another of Heard's attorneys, Joseph Koenig, said in a courthouse hallway that his client was coping as well as possible with her recent ordeal.
"She's having a hard time, it's been a long few days," Koenig said.
Heard stayed behind closed doors in an attorney-conference room around the corner from the courtroom while she awaited Moor's ruling.
Depp's attorney, Laura Wasser, declined to comment other than to say the petition was granted in part and denied in part.
Heard ignored media questions as she was escorted by a bodyguard and others from the courthouse. But in a sworn declaration attached to her documents, she said she is worried Depp may harm her.
"During the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me," she said.
Depp has a "totally acknowledged public and private history of drug and alcohol abuse," Heard said, adding she is "petrified" he may return to her home.
She also called Depp "paranoid" and said his temper is "exceptionally scary to me."
The stay-away order is good until June 17, when Moor is scheduled to decide whether to extend it.
Depp has been out of town since Wednesday promoting his latest film, "Alice Through the Looking Glass," a sequel of "Alice in Wonderland."
The couple was married February 2015 and Heard filed for divorce Monday.
