Beverly Hills Brush Fire Burns For 90 Minutes
A small brush fire broke out in Beverly Hills Monday afternoon.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Authorities responded to a small brush fire in Beverly Hills Monday afternoon, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The fire was contained around 4:45 p.m., 90 minutes after it started, according to LAFD. The fire started at a quarter-acre 2040 N Beverly Dr. and grew to around one acre.
No structures were damaged and there were no reported injuries, according to LAFD. The fire was in medium to heavy brush and was burning uphill, authorities said.

Some 85 Los Angeles County firefighters responded to the brush fire by ground and air with the help of the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles County fire departments, according to LAFD.
Crews remained on the scene Monday evening to maintain containment and eliminate hot spots around the fire, authorities said.
