Jean-Georges Beverly Hills Launches Monthly Dinner Series
The gourmet experience kicks off Aug. 5 with an eight-course menu & wine pairing, featuring Peake Ranch Winery and Petrossian Caviar.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Jean-Georges Beverly Hills is launching a new, exclusive dining experience "Sip & Savor, A Wine and Culinary Dinner Series" — with the first offering planned Aug. 5 highlighting Petrossian Caviar and the Central Coast's Peake Ranch Winery.
Reservations are underway for the eight-course culinary event, that starts at 7 p.m. at the upscale restaurant inside the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills.
Along with vintage wine pairings, menu highlights include braised rabbit and slow-cooked halibut.

Prices start at $295 per person. Reservations can be made here via OpenTable.
