Guests enjoyed some special deals on opening day. The first 100 guests in line Friday received a reusable Shake Shack cold beverage tumbler, according to a representative of the restaurant.
The chain also partnered with a nonprofit called Food on Foot during its first day to donate $1 from each sandwich sold. Food on Foot focuses on assisting low-income Angelenos and those experiencing homelessness with food, clothing, employment assistance, housing and more.
