BEVERLY HILLS, CA — The iconic Beverly Hills Hotel sign was involved in a weekend crash with a Tesla Cybertruck, according to reports.

Video circulating on social media shows one of the nearly 7,000-pound vehicles resting among the foliage at the foot of the sign, apparently after having jumped both the curb and the perimeter of a raised landscaping area.

The two-vehicle crash occurred Sunday shortly before midnight in the 9600 block of Sunset Boulevard, FOX 11 reported.

“Cyberbeast is faster than a Porsche 911, but looks like a truck, so perhaps the valet wasn’t expecting so much acceleration,” Musk said.
