Tom Cruise Selling Beverly Hills Home

BEVERLY HILLS, CA -- Tom Cruise has sold his 10,000-quare-foot home he's owned for nearly a decade, TMZ reported.

According to the gossip website, the home he shared with Katie Holmes fetched a cool $40 million, $5 million less than the asking price. Don't feel bad for the actor though. He bought the home for $32 million.

The buyer reportedly was Leon Black, a billionaire who owns a privatee equity firm.

The house has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a tennis court, swimming pool, children's playground and a few guesthouses, according TMZ.

Cruise sold his Hollywood Hills home to Eva Longoria in October.

It's not clear if Cruise is planning to leave Southern California. Patch has reached out to his representatives for comments and will update once we hear back.
