The closures are part of the removal of decking that was installed several years ago to allow for construction of the Beverly Hills subway station. As part of that process, crews excavated the street and replaced the road surface with temporary concrete panels supported by large steel beams, according to Metro.

Now, crews are working to remove that temporary roadway and replace it with a new, permanent road surface.
