Wind Advisory in Effect Until Noon Thursday

Winds between 15-25 m.p.h. with gusts of 40 m.p.h. are expected.

The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for the Los Angeles County coast inward to downtown Los Angeles.

The winds hitting the area are expected to be between 15-25 m.p.h. with gusts reaching 40 m.p.h.

Strong winds can make driving difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles (SUVs, vans, pickup trucks, etc.). Major roadways that could be affected by the gusty winds include the 10 and 405 freeways.
