Sepulveda Pass Brush Fires: Trio Of Fires Burn Near 405 Freeway
Firefighters on Friday responded to a trio of small fires near the Sepulveda Pass, where they extinguished brush and spot fires Thursday.

BRENTWOOD, CA — Firefighters on Friday extinguished a trio of small fires in the Sepulveda Pass area, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
There were no injuries or structure damages, according to LAFD. The fires were reported just before 11 a.m. Friday near the southbound Interstate 405, the San Diego Freeway, at Sepulveda Boulevard, according to California Highway Patrol.
Around 150 firefighters and three helicopters responded to a brush fire and subsequent spot fires in the area Thursday evening. The initial brush fire was kept to under one-quarter acre.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, according to LAFD.
