Meet the Youths Suing the Government Over Climate
22 young plaintiffs argue for a clean future in federal court

This week a federal court heard live testimony in the Lighthiser v. Trump climate case in which 22 young plaintiffs, ages 7 to 25, are challenging three of President Trump’s executive orders that unleash fossil fuels, block renewable energy and suppress climate science. They were featured in The New York Times and numerous other news outlets.
You can meet two of these brave youths at a free webinar on Zoom on Wednesday, Sept. 24, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Young plaintiffs Eva Lighthiser and Delaney Reynolds and attorney Phil Gregory will share highlights from the hearing, tell what’s at stake in this case and explain how young people are shaping the climate movement.
