Overturned Vehicle Brings 101 Freeway Traffic To A Standstill

Traffic is backed up for three miles on the 101 Freeway in Calabasas as police work to clear the scene of an accident.

CALABASAS, CA — Traffic is at a standstill Tuesday afternoon on the southbound 101 Freeway in Calabasas as police work to clear an accident that involved an overturned vehicle, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The two left lanes are shut down near the White Oak Avenue exit. Traffic is backed up three miles to Winnetka Avenue and motorists should expect delays of up to an hour, according to a SigAlert.
