• San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities looking at a prosperous 2026 (dailynews.com) — Calabasas residents can expect big changes, as Mayor James Bozajian announced The Commons will add a dozen new shops and restaurants and replace a failing movie theater with 80 apartments. Speaking at a regional economic summit, he also highlighted redevelopment plans for Craftsman’s Corner, while leaders from neighboring cities discussed business growth, housing and challenges facing the Valley’s economy.
