*The following is a special Boogie on the Bayou feature, written by the Campbell Chamber of Commerce.
Longtime purveyor of authentic French Louisiana cuisine, the Cajun Queen will be serving up their sought-after specialties of alligator on a stick, handcut garlic fries, crab cakes, beignets, crawfish etouffee and jumbalaya.
During this year’s Boogie, they are partnering with The Swamp, a restaurant in San Francisco, to offer a fresh crawfish boil.
“Fresh is best,” says Cajun Queen owner, Hal Muskat. “And hands down, The Swamp makes the meanest Cajun crawfish boil this side of Louisiana.”
With a focus on authentic taste, freshness and sustainability, you are guaranteed a Cajun meal to remember.
