$247 Million Lottery Ticket Sold At San Jose 7-Eleven
The winning ticket contained all five numbers, plus the Mega number.
SAN JOSE, CA — A 7-Eleven store in San Jose sold a Mega Millions lottery ticket worth $247 million, according to the official California Lottery website.
The ticket was purchased at a store at 1413 Kooser Road in San Jose and contained all five winning numbers (9, 22, 26, 41, 44), plus the Mega number 19. The store will get about $1 million for selling the winning ticket, KTVU reported.
“I was so happy, excited that I screamed for five minutes,” Hamideh Naderi told KTVU. “It’s very, very exciting. I’m so happy. I’m so thankful. I feel so lucky.” Naderi said she plans to share some of the proceeds with her employees and nearby Pioneer High School.

The $494 million jackpot, the 11th largest in the game’s history, will be split between the winning San Jose ticket and another ticket purchased in Florida, Bay City News said.
No information about the winner of the ticket was available as of Saturday. The winner has one year of the date of the draw to claim the money.
