Mayor Announces Double Arrivals to Kotowski Family

Campbell, CA — Campbell Mayor, Mike Kotowski, has proudly announced the arrival of two new members to the Kotowski clan. Mayor Kotowski and his wife, Claire, became grandparents for the third and fourth time on Friday, November 16, at 5:30 am and 5:32 am. Elijah Ellison and Courtland James, identical twin boys, were born to Andrew and Janis Kotowski of Sammamish, Washington. Both twins had identical birth weights and lengths at 6.2 pounds and 20.5 inches long, respectively. Delivery was natural and their mother is doing well. The family returned home together the next day and joined sisters, Morgan, 9, and Lauren, 5. "What a way to build a family for which we are both going to celebrate Thanksgiving and the Holidays afterward," said the Mayor. “The middle names of both boys are from each family's parents, and Courtland was named after ‘Courtland Watson,’ the late husband of former Campbell Mayor, Jeanette Watson, who is ‘absolutely delighted’," commented Kotowski. He adds that the Watsons were an adopted family to the Kotowskis, as Courtland mentored both the Kotowski sons, Andrew and Matthew, in computer  knowledge for many years. Courtland was Matthew's godfather. Andrew graduated from Santa Clara University and then Duke University with an MBA. He is an Operations Manager for Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. Matthew graduated from West Point in Computer Science, served two tours of duty in Iraq, and now works for the U.S. government in law enforcement. "The excitement of our family never ends for which we are both very thankful," said Mike and Claire Kotowski.
