Campbell Mapped by Age: Older Folks in the East

Ever wonder where all the people your age live? City-data.com maps just about everything imagineable about Campbell, one of which is median resident age for every neighborhood.

According to the map, the youngest area of the city is from West Sunnyvale Avenue up to Rincon Avenue, bordered on the west by Virginia Avenue and on the east by San Tomas Expressway where the median age is 29. There are 2,481 residents in that zone.

On the far east side of town, the median age is much higher. In the square created by East Campbell Avenue, South Leigh Avenue, South Bascom Avenue and Dry Creek Road, the folks average 52.6 years. That older neighborhood has a population of 1,291.
