Campbell Police Log: Woman Kicked, Cars Stolen, Minor on Meth
A look at the Campbell Police Department's crime log for Jan. 8-9.
- Assault: 12:02 a.m. Jan. 8, 200 block W. Hamilton Ave., a woman said a man kicked her in the face and ribs during an argument after she attempted to force her way into his residence and he pushed her out.
- Bike Theft: 5:30 p.m. Jan. 8, 1800 block So. Bascom Ave., a bike was stolen after its lock was cut and removed.
- Public Intoxication: 7:41 p.m. Jan. 8, 1900 block Whiteoaks Road, a 30-year-old man was determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
Stolen Vehicle: 7 a.m. Jan. 8, 400 block W. Sunnyoaks, a white Chevy pickup was stolen from a driveway.
Stolen Vehicle Recovery: 3:30 p.m. Jan. 8, Winchester Boulevard and Rosemary Lane
Auto Burglary: 8 p.m. Jan. 8, 100 block W. Hamilton Ave., a locked vehicle was burglarized and property was stolen.
Outstanding Warrant: 1:14 p.m. Jan. 8, at Audrey and Vale avenues, a 48-year-old man was taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant.
Under the Influence: 2:04 a.m. Jan. 9, at Hamilton and Creekside, a 15-year-old on probation was booked into juvenile hall after being found under the influence of meth and alcohol.
DUI: 1:21 a.m. Jan. 9, 3000 block So. Bascom Ave., a 33-year-old man was arrested for DUI.
DUI: 1:05 a.m. Jan. 9, at Kenneth and Sunnyoaks avenues, a 26-year-old man was arrested for DUI.
Stolen Vehicle Recovery: 11:12 p.m. Jan. 9, 600 block Monica Lane, unknown suspects stole a Honda Accord from in front of the residence. The vehicle was reported abandoned in the middle of the roadway.
Petty Theft: 10 a.m. Jan. 9, 1500 block More Ave., property was stolen from a backpack.
Arrest Warrant: 11:52 a.m. Jan. 9, San Tomas Expressway and Sunnyoaks Avenue, a 34-year-old man was found to have a no-bail warrant.
