Construction Slows Traffic on Hamilton Avenue

Drivers be aware. There are multiple sites of construction along Hamilton Avenue this afternoon, slowing down traffic.

Campbell Public Works was doing some sidewalk repair near Central Avenue while private contract work was being done further down the busy corridor. 

The sidewalk repair on Oct. 9 was due to some uplifed sidewalk near the Rotten Robbies gas station, public works employees told Campbell Patch. The nearby tree's roots had caused damage and it is being repaired.
