​Crews Knock Down Overnight Fire At San Jose Post Office

No injuries were reported.

SAN JOSE, CA — A fire erupted at a post office in south San Jose early Sunday morning.

San Jose firefighters responded to the fire in the 6500 block of Crown Boulevard at about 3 a.m. with about 50 personnel.

The fire was knocked down--a term that indicates a fire is under control and nearly extinguished--at about 4:30 a.m., according to the San Jose Fire Department.
