CAMPBELL, CA — A debris fire involving a garbage truck and electrical wire shut down streets in Campbell on Wednesday morning.
Boise Drive, near Hamilton Avenue, was shut down in the area near Memphis Drive and Phoenix Drive. The public was asked to avoid the area and to treat all down electrical wires as live and lethal.

The incident was reported just after 9 a.m. Traffic lights at Phoenix Drive and Hamilton Avenue were also out, according to the Campbell Police Department. All non-working or flashing signal lights should be treated as a four-way stop.
