Elderly Woman With Medical Condition Found Safe In San Jose

SAN JOSE, CA -- The police department found an 86 year-old missing person at risk with a medical condition, after she was reported missing.

The concern came when Hong Le was last seen on Dec. 3 at about 11 a.m. in the 1200 block of William Court in San Jose. Previously, Hong was lost and located in Fremont and Palo Alto.
