Man Found In Coyote Creek Near Golf Course Identified: SJ Police

San Jose Police officers responded to the creek near the Los Lagos Golf Course. No foul play was indicated.

SAN JOSE, CA -- A man's body was found in Coyote Creek on Monday night in San Jose near the Los Lagos Golf Course, police said.

According to the Santa Clara County medical examiner's office, he was later identified as Kem Nandkeshwar, who was convicted of rape while working as a security guard at Riverpark Towers in 1991. He last lived in South San Jose.

Officers responded to the area of Capitol Expressway near Tuers Road at 7:28 p.m. on a report of a possible dead body, and a dive team with the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office pulled a man from the creek.
