Morgan Park Lot Closed During Groundwater Monitoring Wells Installation

A parking lot at John D. Morgan Park in Campbell will be temporarily closed while the water district installs groundwater monitoring wells.

CAMPBELL, CA -- A parking lot at John D. Morgan Park will be temporarily closed in late February and early March while the Santa Clara Valley Water District installs groundwater monitoring wells.

The water district is installing several groundwater monitoring wells in the south parking lot of John D. Morgan Park at Budd Avenue. The parking lot will be closed at the start of construction and again at the end.

The closures are scheduled for 8 am Feb. 27 through 5 pm March 3 and 8 am March 6 through 5 pm March 7.

The closures will be in effect 24 hours a day on weekdays only. Each closure is anticipated to be five to seven working days each. The parking lot will be open during the rest of the construction phase.
