A 21-year-old suspect collided with a curb, got a flat tire and abandoned his car. He was located by PD walking on Hamilton at Milton. He was determined to be the driver, was DUI and was booked.

An unknown suspect got into a Ford and stole a GPS device.
11:45 p.m.-8:00 a.m.
300 Block of Budd Ave.
An unknown suspect stole a mountain bike.
8:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m.
100 Block of Emerson Ave.
An unknown suspect stole a Ford van.
8:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m.
100 Block of Reddin Rd.
An unknown suspect pried open the window to a Ford GPS.
12:01-7:00 a.m.
400 Block of Rincon Ave.
An unknown suspect entered the victim’s Saturn and stole a wallet and phone.
1:12 p.m.
1500 Block of S. Winchester Blvd.
A 40-year-old suspect was drinking behind the business and urinating in the parking lot and was cited.
July 28
W. Campbell Ave.
Someone lost a naturalization certificate and filed report.
12:51 p.m.
1500 Block of Dell Ave.
An unknown suspect stole a sign.
7:46 p.m.
2800 Block of E. Hamilton Ave.
A 30-year-old suspect was recognized as a suspect in thefts. A 24-year-old suspect and 21-year-old suspect were waiting in a car. The first suspect stole electronics and attempted to flee but was taken into custody. The other two suspects were also contacted and one was in possession of a tire iron. All were booked.
10:30 p.m.
A 20-year-old suspect was contacted in the park with a 12-pack of beer and was cited.
3:34 a.m.
400 Block of Richlee Dr.
Two intoxicated subjects were arguing and fighting. During the fight, they fell onto and broke a wooden fence. The suspects fled before PD arrived.
Saturday, July 30
4:40 a.m.
700 Block of Nido Dr.
Four suspects entered the car, stealing a skateboard.
5:00 p.m.-9:00 a.m.
500 Block of Nido Dr.
An unknown suspect stole a bicycle.
2:20-2:45 p.m.
900 Block of Harrison Ave.
An unknown suspect stole the stereo from a car.
2:30 p.m.
200 Block of Lewellyn Ave.
A 17-year-old ran away.
3:30 p.m.
Winchester Boulevard and Latimer
Officers were looking for two female juveniles who had just ran away when two female juveniles were observed getting into a car. Officers stopped the car.
8:30 p.m.-9:00 a.m.
200 Block of Union Ave.
An unknown suspect pried a car window and stole miscellaneous tools and keys.

1500 Block of Westmont Ave.
Sometime within the last month, a suspect stole miscellaneous tools.
12:05 a.m.
300 Block of Orchard City Dr.
A 19-year-old suspect was intoxicated and began to fight. A 28-year-old suspect was attempting to separate the 19-year-old from the others. He pulled out a large folding knife from pant pocket and brandished it. The 19-year-old was too intoxicated to care fro himself and was booked.
Sunday, July 31
2:59 p.m.
1800 Block of S. Bascom Ave.
A 36-year-old was driving through the shopping center masturbating. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of shaved keys and a lock pick set. There were two different plates on the vehicle and one of them had been reported stolen. The suspect is on probation.
2:00-4:00 p.m.
400 Block of Carlyn Ave.
An unknown suspect got into a Toyota and stole the stereo.
7:52 p.m.
W. Campbell Avenue and Virginia Avenue
A 32-year-old suspect was stopped for a vehicle code violation and arrested for DUI.
8:48 p.m.
2300 Block of S. Winchester Blvd.
A 41-year-old was reported lying on the ground. Upon contact, he was determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself and was booked.
6:12 p.m.
Gamma Court
A Chevy collided with a parked car. The suspect left false information on the car.
11:10 p.m.
John D. Morgan Park
A 52-year-old and 18-year-old suspects were contacted in the park after hours. They both were in possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana and were cited.
3:30-10:30 p.m.
1100 Block of Harriet Ave.
An unknown suspect scratched the left side of a Ford.
12:49 a.m.
Campbell Avenue at Hwy. 17
A 21-year-old suspect was throwing the cone from Campbell Avenue into the creek. Upon contact he was determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself and was booked.
