Police allege the man manufactured and sold illegal guns and had devices to convert weapons to fully automatic fire.

SAN JOSE, CA — A San Jose man is accused of using 3D printers to manufacture illegal guns, and police allege he was found with machine gun conversion devices. Investigators identified the suspect Tuesday as Benito Hernandez, 25, of San Jose.
The department's Gun and Hazardous Offender Suppression Team (GHOST) named Hernandez as their primary suspect and arrested him Friday at his home.
While executing a residential search warrant, detectives said they seized three firearms and two 3D printers used to make the guns, along with six "machine gun conversionary devices," a silencer and ammunition.
