San Jose's Rollati Launches Italian Brunch Menu
Prosciutto, spinach and mozzarella all play starring roles in the weekend brunch offerings at Rollati Ristorante in downtown San Jose.
SAN JOSE, CA — More than a half-dozen new brunch spots recently set up shop in the Bay Area, including a pair of mouthwatering additions in the South Bay. The Mercury News broke down the latest crowdpleasers this week and highlighted the Italian-inspired weekend brunch menu at San Jose's Rollati Ristorante.
Sitting right across from City Hall, students, theatergoers and weekend revelers can grab a bite of Rollati's prosciutto-forward eggs Florentine, order a piece of the "thousand layer" lasagna, or indulge in the Nutella-stuffed "Italian Toast," all noted among the Mercury's standouts. A pizza adorned with pancetta and fried egg makes up the "Breakfast Pie."
Rollati is open daily for lunch and dinner and serves up its brunch menu on weekends from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
