SAN JOSE, CA -- A small brush fire that broke out this morning slowed the Friday commute, but traffic is free-flowing now, according to the California Highway Patrol. The call came in at 7:13 a.m. of a 10 square-foot wildland fire off Interstate 280 at Story and Felipe.
