Planning on having breakfast this morning? Why not have a uniformed Police Officer serve you your pancakes? Today is the Tip a Cop event at Stacks in downtown Campbell, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. benefiting the Special Olympics Northern California. Officers will serve breakfast and chat with patrons during this time and any "tips" will go toward the year-round training of the participants in 12 sports of the Special Olympics Northern California.
