2 Teens Shot At Carlsbad Party

CARLSBAD, CA -- Two teenagers were shot Friday night in Carlsbad after witnesses said they attempted to force their way inside a party. The incident was reported at 11:27 p.m. in the 900 block of Turnstone Road.
A 19-year-old man who said he was having a party said several uninvited guests showed up to his house before they were told to leave.
The uninvited guests, including two 18-year-old men, returned and tried to kick down the front door, the host told police.

The host said he fired several rounds and struck the uninvited guests, police said.
The victims were taken to nearby hospitals.

Police said no arrests have been made and detectives are investigating the incident.
