The centerpiece of the new attraction is a life-size LEGO Ferrari F40 model.
The LEGO model took a team of designers and builders more than 3,800 hours and more than 350,000 LEGO elements to create, according to theme park officials. Resembling an actual F40 Ferrari, the model is 14 feet long, more than 6 feet wide and 4 feet tall. It weighs more than 3,000 pounds. LEGOLAND visitors can sit in the full-scale Ferrari F40 model and take pictures.
