Authorities discovered a body to the side of State Route 78 around 5:55 a.m.
VISTA, CA — A body was discovered Sunday on the right shoulder of westbound State Route 78 in Vista, authorities said.
The discovery was made about 5:55 a.m. on the westbound route, east of Emerald Drive, the California Highway Patrol reported.
There was no other information available.
