The California Highway Patrol issued a SigAlert Friday for northbound Interstate 5 just south of the Tamarack exit.
A crash on the freeway just before 4 p.m. left three of the five lanes closed. The lanes were reopened by 4:44 p.m., according to the CHP.
A person was reported to be lying on the road after the crash.
