Environmental Group Accuses City of Violating Brown Act in Quarry Project
Preserve Calavera members are accusing the City Council of holding closed door meetings, according to a report.
Preserve Calavera said Monday the City Council "improperly held closed door discussions" on the controversial Quarry Creek project that was approved last month, according to a U-T San Diego report.
