Homicide Suspected In North San Diego County Suspicious Death
There were significant signs of trauma at the scene of a trailer home, the San Diego County Sheriff's Department says.

VALLEY CENTER, CA — One day after a person was found dead inside their Valley Center trailer, the San Diego Sheriff's Department homicide detectives were still investigating, officials say.
Shortly after 10:30 a.m., Thursday,Deputies from the San Diego County Sheriff Department's Valley Center Substation responded to a call of a missing person in the 15000 block of Woods Valley Road.
"When they arrived at the scene, deputies found the victim with signs of trauma," the sheriff's department said.

The sheriff's Homicide Unit responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
No details about the victim’s identity, age, or the circumstances surrounding the death have been released. The medical examiner's office will determine the cause and manner of death, authorities said. The investigation is ongoing.
