Report: Carlsbad Airline California Pacific Sees Delay

Carlsbad airline California Pacific won't take off anytime soon.

The airline "is in a dispute with the Federal Aviation Administration that has brought its licensing status back to the early stages of a complex process that can take months," according to a U-T San Diego report.

Owner Ted Vallas told the newspaper that he "hopes to have it running in three to six months."
