Patriot Day Concert in Cerritos

The city of Cerritos will host a Patriot Day Concert at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2012 at the  Island Stage.

Attendees can enjoy an evening of patriotic and American music while kids, ages 6 to 11, can make a Patriot Day-themed craft.

A special ceremony will include a moment of silence honoring the victims and heroes of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

Snacks will be available for a nominal fee, and the city reminds everyone that no pets are allowed on the park premises during the event.
