Five Things You Should Know About Today, Dec. 3

Cerritos and Artesia are the place to be this weekend with a jam-packed lineup of things to do throughout the neighborhood. So strap on those comfy shoes and throw on a jacket, because your options could have you out of the house all day long!

Here's a list of what's going on in the neighborhood on Saturday, Nov. 3:

1. Cerritos Holiday Boutique at the from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Swing by the city’s annual Holiday Boutique and check out booths filled with hand-crafted gifts, unique collectibles, embellished items, and holiday decorations. Entertainment and refreshments will be available as well as a children’s craft area. And don't forget to bring your camera for visits with Santa Claus from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Print out the boutique flyer in the image gallery for more details).
2. Bring the kids to at to make their own Candy Cane Dispenser from noon to 3 p.m.: This fun workshop is available for kids ages 4-10. Each workshop kit costs $5.00 and can be purchased the day of the event at the Sears' Hardware department. 3. Come see Dora the Explorer at  at  from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Your kids favorite cartoon adventurer will be appearing live in the Girls Apparel Department at Sears Cerritos. So bring a smile to your little ones face and come on down. And of course, don't forget to bring your camera to take pictures with Dora! 
4. Meet the Stars of the Disney Channel's "Shake It Up" and "Pair of Kings" at Blizz Yogurt from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Drop by Blizz Yogurt at Landmark Square and meet Disney Channel cast members Adam Irogoyen of "Shake It Up" and Ryan Ochoa of "Pair of Kings." And once again don't forget to bring your camera to take a snapshot with these teenage heartbreakers! 
5. End your night with some fun and laughter at a comedy showcase at Cerritos College. Tickets are $15 general admission at the door, or $12 for seniors and students. For more info call (562) 467-5058.
