Haley Convicted of 19 Counts of Child Molestation; Faces 300 Years in Prison
Ryan Matthew Haley of Citrus Heights and Rancho Cordova was found guilty today; convicted of 19 counts of lewd acts, after molesting several little boys who were once his neighbors.

Following his conviction today, a Citrus Heights man will face 300 years to life in prison for child molestation charges he was arrested in 2011 for.
Ryan Matthew Haley was convicted of 19 counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14 and one count of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14 with force, announced District Attorney Jan Scully.
On July 15, 2013, Haley also pled guilty to possession of child pornography in this case.

The DA reported, between 1999 and 2005, Haley molested several neighborhood boys after luring them into his Citrus Heights home with video games. Three of the victims, who were approximately 6 to 8 years old when the molestations began, were continuously victimized over a period of seven years.
Haley faces 300 years to life for the molest convictions plus an additional 3 years in prison for possessing child pornography. Sentencing is scheduled for August 30, 2013 in Department 31 of the Sacramento Superior Court.

The SacBee originally reported, June 2011, Citrus Heights police arrested Haley on suspicion of molesting boys, and detectives believe other children might also have been sexually abused. All suspected victims are boys under the age of 12, neighbors of Haley when resided in Citrus Heights, he resided on Daffodil Way and Villa Oak Drive. Prior to his arrest, his most recent address was in Rancho Cordova was on Italia Way.
