This 2003 silver Mitsubishi Outlander was stolen at 10:30AM, parked in front of the owner's Sacramento home, on the 1900 block of Sussex Court.
The vehicle has a big sticker that reads Algood Ink Tattoo on back window the and the license plate has an RIF in the middle of it, according to the owner.
A male and female were witnessed driving it away.
The victim has asked to please report the vehicle to 9-1-1 if you see it, as a police report has been filed.
