Sacramento Man Arrested in Novato Suspected of Lewd Acts with Ex-Girlfriend's Daughter
Suspect Ibarra Franco, 45, was arrested in Novato on three felony charges of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14.

Novato police arrested a Sacramento man Wednesday on suspicion of committing lewd acts with a child under age 14 two years ago.
Ibarra Fernando Franco, 45, is suspected of committing the lewd and lascivious acts on his ex-girlfriend's daughter in Novato over the course of a month in 2011, Novato police Sgt. Michael Howard said.
Franco was contacted in Sacramento and arrested for three felony charges at Novato police headquarters on Wednesday morning.
Franco was booked into Marin County Jail where he was being held on $100,000 bail, Howard said.
The investigation into the case is continuing.
