City Of Claremont: Preliminary Review Of Plans For Replacement Of Knights Inn

On Wednesday, March 23 at 7pm, the Architectural Commission will conduct a preliminary review of the design plans for the proposed replacement of the existing Knights Inn motel with a new Residence Inn by Marriott. The Commission will review and provide direction to the applicant regarding the preliminary site plan, floor plans, elevations, landscape plan, and colors and materials for a new four-story hotel that will be managed as a Residence Inn by Marriott. During the meeting, all interested persons will be allowed an opportunity to speak regarding the proposed design. The meeting will be held via Zoom.
