1 Dead, 3 Injured In Unincorporated Concord
Contra Costa Sheriff's office is investigating a homicide and three people injured in unincorporated Concord.
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA β One person was killed and three injured when a family dispute turned deadly, according to the Contra Costa County Sheriff's office.
Deputies from the Valley Station arrived for a welfare check at a home on the 5100 block of Laurel Drive in unincorporated Concord.
They found a resident of the home dead on the property.

Three others were taken to a local hospital.

Detectives believe the incident began as a domestic issue when a family dispute escalated into an altercation, according to the sheriff's office.
The investigation is ongoing but there are no outstanding suspects and no threat to the public, authorities said.
