2 Charged In Triple Shooting At Downtown Concord Parking Garage
Two men have been charged in connection with the shooting of three people.
CONCORD, CA — Two men have been charged in connection with the shooting of three people at a parking garage in downtown Concord on Tuesday night, according to police.
Justino Lopez-Perez, 31, of Bay Point was charged with attempted murder, conspiracy and firearms offenses. Erickson Melendez, 23, of Concord was charged with conspiracy and discharging a firearm from a vehicle, police said Saturday on social media.
About 10:20 p.m. Tuesday, three men with gunshot wounds arrived at John Muir Hospital in Concord and said they were shot while in a parking garage in the 2000 block of Salvio Street in downtown Concord. They are expected to survive.

Just over an hour after the shooting, Contra Costa County sheriff's deputies located the suspect vehicle and detained its two occupants. A third person was arrested in connection with the incident about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
