7 Arrested In Concord Anti-Theft Blitz At One Store: Police

Concord police say they arrested seven suspects to end a spate of East Bay retail thefts.

CONCORD, CA — Seven people were arrested during an operation targeting a spike of organized retail thefts at a Concord store.

On Tuesday, the Concord Police Department’s Financial Crimes Unit, Special Enforcement Team, and Community Impact Unit launched the crackdown targeting organized retail crime in Concord.

They made four felony and three misdemeanor arrests, Concord police said.
